What do you use for finish?
All of our utensils (and most of our kitchenware) are finished using food safe mineral oil.
Can this go in the dishwasher?
No. We don't recommend anything made from wood to go into the dishwasher.
How do I care for my Utensils?
Wash them by hand in hot soapy water.
Don't be afraid to use the scratchy part of your sponge
DO NOT let them soak in water
Reapply mineral oil when they start to look dry
What woods do you use?
All of our utensils are made from domestic hardwoods like Cherry, Walnut, and Hard Maple.
