1. Kitchenware, Home Décor & Apparel (Contiguous U.S. & Alaska)

  • Free Shipping on Orders $35+
    • Enjoy free standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL on all qualifying orders over $35 shipped within the contiguous 48 states.
    • Orders typically ship from our shop within 1–2 business days (unless made-to-order, in which case we'll ship right after production wraps up).
  • Orders Under $35
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your location and package weight.

2. Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Protectorates (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)

  • Shipping fees apply to all orders—free shipping is not available for these destinations.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location.

3. International Shipping (Kitchenware, Décor & Apparel)

  • DHL Express
    • We ship internationally via DHL Express for a fast, reliable delivery experience.
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
  • Arrival Times
    • International transit times vary—DHL is typically quick, but customs clearance can cause delays. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

4. Handling Damage or Shipping Issues

  • Inspect on Arrival
    • If you spot damage or the wrong item, please email us at refunds@oldsaguaro.com right away.
    • Keep the original packaging and take photos of both the item and the packaging—this helps us file claims with the carrier.
  • We'll Make It Right
