Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
We craft and ship every piece straight from our Arizona workshop. While we offer domestic and international shipping on kitchenware and home decor, furniture delivery is currently limited to the contiguous United States.
How long does shipping typically take once my order is complete?
Ready-made items—like spatulas and salt cellars—ship within 72 hours of your order being placed. Custom pieces, such as drawer organizers and furniture, have their own lead times for construction before they head out.
Is shipping included in the price, or are there additional shipping fees?
Kitchenware & Home Décor: Orders over $35 ship free.
Furniture: We offer three delivery options:
- Local Pickup (Phoenix area) – Free
- Hand Delivery (Phoenix area) – $100 flat fee
- White Glove Delivery (via a trusted LTL carrier) – $250 per piece for deliveries in AZ, CA, NV, UT, NM, and CO; $500 for the rest of the contiguous U.S.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to pack every item so it arrives in perfect condition and ready to use. However, if it shows up damaged, snap some photos right away and email them to us. We’ll file a claim if needed and work with you to repair or replace the piece as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item if I’m not satisfied?
Standard Items: Unused, non-custom items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Custom Items: Because these are crafted to your exact specifications, we typically can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a clear defect in workmanship.
Do you offer refunds or store credit for custom pieces?
Our custom pieces are built to order, so we don’t offer refunds unless there’s a manufacturing defect. If you have concerns about your piece, let us know right away. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you on a fair resolution.
Can I pick up my order locally to avoid shipping costs?
Absolutely. If you’re near our Arizona workshop, just select the local pickup option at checkout (if available) or contact us beforehand. We’ll be happy to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

How do I place a custom order for drawer organizers or the Ansley Ottoman Table?
The easiest way to get started is by purchasing directly through the product listing on our website. For drawer organizers, for example, we just need your drawer width, wood species choice, and whether you’d like a built-in knife block. We’ll then follow up for any additional details needed to complete your project.
What is the typical lead time for custom orders?
Custom Drawer Organizers: 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume.
Furniture (e.g., Ansley Ottoman Table): 1–3 months, as we source lumber and schedule you into our production queue. We’ll keep you updated at every stage.
How can I track the status of my order?
You’ll receive periodic updates once your item is in progress and a final shipping confirmation with tracking details. For custom builds, we’ll also send milestone updates (like wood selection or assembly progress) so you can follow your piece’s journey.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Standard Items: You can typically cancel or adjust your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped.
Custom Items: Changes become more complicated once production begins and may incur additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible if you need an update or cancellation.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We’re happy to discuss volume discounts for corporate gifts, retail partnerships, or hospitality projects. Share your details with us, and we’ll tailor a quote to match your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure digital payment options. For large custom furniture orders, we generally require a 50% deposit. Let us know if you have any special billing concerns.
Can I rush my order if I need it sooner?
If you’re working with a tight deadline—like a gift or special event—contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests if our schedule allows, though extra fees may apply for expedited materials or shipping.

What types of wood do you use, and are they sustainably sourced?
We primarily work with domestic hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, and maple. Upon request, we can incorporate exotic species like mahogany or wenge. Whenever possible, we source from suppliers committed to responsible forestry practices.
Are your finishes food-safe?
Absolutely. For kitchenware, we rely on NSF-certified mineral oil and, occasionally, beeswax. All of our furniture pieces are finished with low- or no-VOC hardwax oils to ensure a safe indoor environment.
How do I care for my wooden items, especially cutting boards or drawer organizers?
Cleaning: Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water; avoid submerging them, and never use a dishwasher.
Drying: Pat dry immediately to help prevent warping.
Conditioning: Apply a food-safe oil or wax monthly, or as needed, to keep your wood from drying out. You’ll receive specific care guidelines with your purchase.
Do you offer matching sets or bundles for kitchenware?

Can I choose specific dimensions or layouts for my custom drawer organizers?
Definitely. Each drawer organizer is built to match your exact drawer dimensions and your unique organizational needs—from cutlery slots to spice compartments, even optional knife blocks.
What if I’m unsure which wood best suits my home?
We’re always happy to guide you. Share photos of your space or tell us about your style, and we’ll recommend the ideal wood species, finishes, or design touches to complement your décor.
Can I request exotic wood species like mahogany or wenge?
Yes. While we primarily work with domestic hardwoods, we can accommodate special requests for exotic or rare wood species. Keep in mind this may affect pricing and lead time.
