1. Overview
Welcome! This store is run by Stashwood LLC, doing business as Old Saguaro Woodcraft ("Old Saguaro," "we," "us," or "our"). When we say "Services," we mean our website, our products, and everything we offer through them.
Your agreement. By visiting our site or buying from us, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service and any policies we link to here (like our Refund & Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy). When you submit a design request or check out, you'll also confirm your agreement with a quick click. Either way, using the site or buying from us counts as accepting these Terms. If you don't agree with everything here, please don't use the site.
Changes. We may update these Terms now and then — see Section 21 for how that works.
Hosting. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
2. Using Our Online Store
A few ground rules for using the site:
- Age. You're old enough to enter a contract where you live (the "age of majority"), or you're an adult permitting a minor dependent to use the site under your supervision.
- Legal use. You won't use our Services for anything illegal or unauthorized, and you won't break any laws (including copyright laws) while you're here.
- No harmful code. You won't send us worms, viruses, or any other destructive code. Doing so ends your right to use the Services right away.
- Our discretion. We can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
3. General Conditions
- Data in transit. Some information (anything other than your credit card number) may travel across networks without encryption. Your credit card information is always encrypted when it's sent.
- No copying our Services. You can't reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of our Services without our written permission.
- Headings. The section titles here are just for convenience and don't change the meaning of the Terms.
4. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
The information on this site is general and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. We may update or change the content whenever we want, but we're not obligated to keep it updated. It's up to you to check back for the latest information.
5. Changes to the Service and Prices
Prices can change without notice. We may also change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice. We're not responsible to you or anyone else for price changes, changes to the Services, or if we stop offering them.
6. Products and Services
- Availability. Some products are only available online and may be in limited quantities.
- Refunds and returns. All products are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
- Colors and images. We do our best to show product colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee how they'll look on your screen.
- Limits on sales. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
- Expectations. Apart from the specific promises in our Warranty Policy, we don't guarantee that our products, Services, or information will meet your expectations. (For what we do promise, see our Warranty Policy and the Craftsmanship Guarantee referenced in Section 15.)
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
- Refusing or canceling orders. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that look like they're from the same account, credit card, or shipping address.
- How we'll reach you. If we need to tell you about a change or cancellation, we may contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number you gave us at checkout.
- Keep your info current. You agree to give us accurate, up-to-date purchase and account information, and to keep your contact and payment details current. For more, see our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Optional Third-Party Tools
We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. If you use them, you do so at your own discretion and risk. We may also add new features or Services over time, and those are covered by these Terms too.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may include content, products, or services from third parties. We're not responsible for reviewing or evaluating them, and we aren't liable for them. If you have a complaint about a third party, please take it up with them directly.
10. Your Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
Sometimes you might send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other materials — we'll call these "comments."
The license you give us. When you send us comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them in connection with operating and marketing our business.
Your promise. You confirm that you own — or otherwise have the rights to — anything you submit, and that your comments won't violate anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
Your photos and project images. We will ask for your separate consent before using identifiable photos of you, or images of your custom project, in our advertising or marketing — for example, through a consent option on your order or design form. If you've already given that consent, this paragraph doesn't require us to ask again.
What we're not obligated to do. We don't have to keep your comments confidential, pay you for them, or respond to them. We may also monitor, edit, or remove any content we believe is unlawful, offensive, or breaks these Terms.
11. Personal Information
How we handle the personal information you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Mobile Terms of Service
SMS messages. If you opt in, you agree to get recurring texts from us at the number you gave us, through your wireless provider — even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. We may send these using automatic dialing technology. They include:
- Service messages — things like order, shipping, and account updates.
- Promotional messages — offers, sales, and cart reminders.
Signing up for texts is never required to make a purchase.
Costs. We don't charge for the messages, but your carrier's message and data rates may apply. You'll typically get about 1–5 messages per week, and you're responsible for any carrier charges.

A few notes. We may change our number, and we'll let you know if we do. Please give us a valid mobile number and update it if it changes. Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and we're not liable for messages that fail, are delayed, or are misdirected. Taking part is always voluntary.
13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Once in a while there may be typos or mistakes on our site — in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and the like. We may correct any errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information turns out to be inaccurate. We can do this at any time, without prior notice, even after you've submitted an order.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or its content:
- No illegal use — for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to do anything unlawful.
- No breaking the rules — to break any regulations or rules, or to infringe on anyone's rights.
- No harming others — to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate.
- No false information — to submit false or misleading information.
- No malicious code — to upload viruses or any other malicious code.
- No harvesting data — to collect other people's personal information without their consent.
- No obscene use — for any obscene purpose.
- No tampering — to interfere with or get around the security features of the site.
We may end your access if you violate any of these.
15. Our Promises, Disclaimers, and Limits on Liability
What we promise. We stand behind our work. The Craftsmanship Guarantee in our Warranty Policy is a written warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state law, and nothing in this section takes it away.
What we can't guarantee. We can't promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
"As is" — with important exceptions. Our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without other warranties, express or implied — with two exceptions that always apply: the Craftsmanship Guarantee in our Warranty Policy, and any implied warranty that can't be disclaimed under the law where you live. Those stay in full effect.
The protections we can't take away. Some laws don't allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded. Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits any implied warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed, takes away the Craftsmanship Guarantee, or limits our liability for personal injury, for gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct, or for fraud. Those protections stay fully in place.
Limits on liability. Except as stated just above, Old Saguaro and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or our products. Where the law doesn't allow these limits, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right or remedy you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home state or applicable federal law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for (legally, "indemnify and hold harmless") Old Saguaro (Stashwood LLC) and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees against any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — that comes from you breaking these Terms, breaking the law, or violating someone else's rights.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply in full, to the greatest extent the law allows.
18. Termination
These Terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can end them anytime by stopping your use of the Services. If we believe you haven't followed these Terms, we may end your access at any time without notice — and you'll still be responsible for any amounts you owe up to that point. Sections 15, 16, 17, 19, and 20 continue to apply even after these Terms end.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies and operating rules we post, make up the entire agreement between us. They replace any earlier agreements. If anything here is ambiguous, it won't be read against us just because we wrote it.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. But Arizona law applies only so far as it doesn't override a consumer right or remedy that can't be waived under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home state or applicable federal law. Those home-state and federal protections always come first.
21. Changes to These Terms
You'll always find the current version of these Terms on this page. We may update them by posting changes here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know (such as a notice on the site or at checkout).
