Our Promise

At Old Saguaro, we build every piece by hand and with heart. If something doesn’t live up to our standards, we’ll make it right. Here’s what that looks like:

1. Lifetime Coverage for Furniture & Home Décor

What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you—the original owner—use it. If there’s a flaw, we’ll repair or replace your piece on our dime.

What “Lifetime” Means: We cover the product for your lifetime under normal day-to-day use. If you pass it on or it ends up in a harsh environment (like dragged onto the patio for every cookout), that goes beyond normal use—and might not be fully covered. But if you have questions, just reach out; we’ll do our best to help.

2. Three-Year Coverage for Kitchenware

What’s Covered: Any defects in craftsmanship or materials for 3 years from the day you receive your order.

What’s Not: Normal wear and tear, and especially things like dishwasher damage, dropping a piece on a concrete floor, or forgetting to follow our wood-care instructions. We’re still happy to review these situations on a case-by-case basis—just let us know what happened, and we’ll try our hardest to find a fair solution.

3. Damage on Arrival or During Shipping

Keep the Packaging: If your order arrives damaged, please hold on to all original packaging (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.). We’ll likely need photos of both the damaged product and the packaging to file a proper claim with the carrier.

Take Plenty of Photos: Snap pictures of the product, the shipping label, and any noticeable damage to the box or padding. The more detail, the better.

Contact Us ASAP: Once you’ve got those photos, drop us a line. We’ll replace or repair your item as quickly as humanly possible—our treat.

4. Things We Can’t Cover

Normal Wear & Tear: Wood may develop small scratches, marks, or “fuzz” over time—this is part of a well-loved piece’s story. Our care guides can help keep your item in tip-top shape.

Misuse / Accidents: If your piece meets a tiled floor at high speed or is left outside in the rain for weeks, that’s beyond what we consider “normal use.” We’re not saying we won’t help—just that we can’t guarantee it for free. Reach out anyway; we’re always open to chatting.

Dishwasher Drama: Please don’t put wooden items in the dishwasher. It will turn them gray, warp them, or even crack them. If you do, we can’t cover that damage—but again, let us know and we’ll see what can be done.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Include your order number, a quick note about what went wrong, and any photos you can share.

We’ll get back to you ASAP with next steps—usually a repair, replacement, or advice on fixing it up yourself if that’s quicker.

Bottom Line: We stand behind our work. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it. If life happened to your piece, we’ll still do our best to help. After all, we want Old Saguaro pieces in your home for a good long time—no legal mumbo jumbo necessary. Just honest, reliable coverage from folks who love what they build.
