1. Our Goal
At Old Saguaro, we want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, let us know—we’ll do our best to fix it. Below are the details on refunds, returns, and cancellations.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Excludes Custom Organizers)

Eligible Products
- Standard, ready-to-ship items (e.g., non-custom kitchenware like utensils, small gift items, home décor).
- You have 30 days from delivery to return them for a full refund of the product price.

Exceptions
- Custom Drawer Organizers: These are crafted just for you, so they’re not covered under the 30-day guarantee.
- Made-to-Order or Personalized Pieces: These are crafted just for you, so they’re not covered under the 30-day guarantee

Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we messed up.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email refunds@oldsaguaro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
- Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
3. Custom Drawer Organizers

Why Different Rules?
- Our drawer organizers are made-to-order and heavily customized.

No Automatic 30-Day Returns
- Because they’re custom, we generally can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
- If there’s a defect in craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it per our Craftsmanship Guarantee.

Damaged on Arrival?
- Hang on to all original packaging, and take photos of the damage, box, and shipping label.
- Email refunds@oldsaguaro.com, and we’ll handle it from there—either a repair or a replacement, on our dime.
4. Damaged Items & Shipping Issues

Inspect Upon Arrival
- If something’s damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately (with photos of both product and packaging).
- Keeping the packaging is crucial for filing a claim with the carrier.

We’ll Make It Right
- If it’s our error or carrier damage, we’ll cover all costs to repair or replace it.
5. Exchanges
- If a standard (non-custom) item qualifies for return but you just want something else, return the original within 30 days and place a new order for the replacement.
- Furniture or custom pieces can’t be easily exchanged, but reach out if you’re unsure—we’ll see what we can do.
6. Cancellations

Made-to-Order Products (Custom Drawer Organizers, etc.)
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to stop production.

Ready-to-Ship Products
- Cancel within 48 hours of order placement, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

How to Cancel
- Email refunds@oldsaguaro.com and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
7. Refund Process
- We’ll inspect your return upon receipt.
- If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you still don’t see it after 15 business days, let us know at refunds@oldsaguaro.com.
