Awesome gift for the avid sourdough maker!

These spurtles feel great in the hand, do their job very well, and look beautiful sitting in my tool vase, waiting to be used. In particular, the profile of the spatula from the side, wider at the bottom and therefore slightly weighted toward the bottom, adds a nice balance when using them. I thought it was a visually interesting choice when they arrived, and the more I use them the more I realize what a functional benefit the profile gives them as well.

Best spurtle I've found for managing a sourdough starter.

Freaking awesome! This thing rocks and is so reasonably priced. Another person or company could charge 3 times the price (pls don’t)
